Left overs became a huge pot of Turkey Soup and we froze two containers of it, of course there were some hot turkey sandwiches and some cold turkey sandwiches to take to work...
The last portion of turkey leftovers became an easy turkey pot pie last night. After the Birthday turkey dinner and lunch, then another dinner and lunch we had it again, I think we are turkeyed out for a while!
Oh I am finally getting to catch up! First of all, I love the underwater dogs shots-i had seen some before but the one u posted really reminds me of Trapper. I am trying to picture snoop as an underwater dog...not so much!
ReplyDeleteI love the photo of u in the attic. This whole DIY kick is pretty neat to watch (from a distance!). How's planting going? I hear about this beautiful weather back east & can't help but wonder what is up with us these days.
And as far as that turkey goes...I can't believe u waited so long to eat the 14pder! Guess u betterstart shopping 4 the 24pder u will need this summer 4 all. No worries though ...I can bring enough tofurkey for all 2 enjoy:)
